Stefanie has always loved art. Instead of dollies and playlets, her closet was full of coloring books and craft kits that became more advanced as she grew older. This thirst for creativity led her to take all the high school art classes that she could. Although at this point, Stefanie had already started to become interested in photography, it was in a graphics communications class in which Stefanie had her first taste of Adobe Photoshop.

Her curiosity grew as she explored the program, manipulating photo after photo. Fascinated by all the things a program like Photoshop could do, she quickly realized this was the path she was meant to be on. She needed to learn more, so after graduating high school, she attended William Paterson University. Stefanie knew this would be a good place to learn more as her high school art teacher attended the same program during her college years. The academic and honors scholarships she received to attend the school may have also influenced her decision.

Stefanie loved college, but not for the same reason most do. She was not a party person and spent all her time in the art buildings. But she found a home there filled with other students just like her who just wanted to create. Recognizing her talent early on, the graphic design professors also took a liking to Stefanie and began challenging her skills. After already having accepted a job offer, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from William Paterson University with a BFA in the graphic arts. A week later she started her job as a graphic designer at a design studio in North Jersey and worked until Covid-19 bankrupt the studio.
